Well 2014 was an interesting year for us... I retired from Palo Alto Fire after 30 years of service.  I lost my Father to cancer 6 weeks later. Spent the summer cleaning out the Family home of 46 years and sold it in October. Celebrated 25 years of marriage with Penny and started retirement.  Not that I would call retirement sitting around... I Coach Pony  Baseball and do Merit Badge counseling for my Son's Boy Scout Troop. I started restoring Early Ford Broncos a couple of years ago and I find that my services are in demand.  I have been a member of Norcal Shelby club for over 20 years and I assist putting on their Open Track events.  I even get out on the track myself, currently with my 2009 Mustang.  Hope to start doing a little more of the travel thing this year too.  Happy New Year to everyone!  Doug

Comment: I live in Truckee California near Lake Tahoe with my partner Lauren who I cant marry yet, our two dogs and a cat. I have a restaurant in Squaw Valley called Mamasake. My staff are pretty much the age my kids would be if I had any so I do some parenting of them. I've lived in Santa Barbara, Boulder, Colorado, San Francisco, Napa, Tahoe, and London since high school. I have worked in a bunch of restaurants and ended up with a sushi place at the bottom of a Ski Area. I love skiing when my body is not wrecked, eating, traveling and living in the mountains. I am on my way to Japan so I will be missing the reunion. If your ever in Tahoe come on in and say hi. Oh, I didnt have a before pic so I put one with Lauren in it, shes the one with the hat, and I don't have a recent picture with my grey mohawk either so maybe I will post that one next.
